When do you roast? 

We currently roast every Tuesday to make sure you have the freshest coffee available every week.

Where do you roast? 

We roast in Portland Oregon, on a PROBAT L12.

I just placed an order when I will receive it? 

Orders placed prior to 2:00pm (PST) on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday Via your preferred carrier. The transit time is normally 2-4 business days after being shipped.

Once a coffee is picked up by the shipping carrier, we will not assume responsibility for any damage, delay, or loss that may occur during shipment. Any claims should be made directly with the shipping company using the provided tracking number.

Please make sure the addresses is correct since we cannot be responsible for shipping-related issues resulting from incorrect shipping information.

How do I track my coffee?

Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, since coffee is a perishable food, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are not happy with your order, please let us know within a 15 day period, and we will try to find a solution for you. You can write to us at info@futuracoffeeroasters.com

How should I store my coffee?

We suggest that coffee is stored in a dry place with the least amount of exposure to oxygen, light, and heat.

How do you roast your coffee? (Light, Medium , Dark)

We roast each coffee with a unique profile that helps us highlight the true characteristics of the coffee. Usually this is achieved in a light to medium roast.
