Go to the shopRodrigo Morales is 37 years old, and he has been growing coffee for over 14 years. He was raised by traditional coffee farmers in the area of Anatoli, La Mesa. The farm sits at an altitude of 1550 meters above sea level and has an area of about 3 acres. There are about 7500 Castillo varietals planted.
Since joining our Neighbors & Crops program two years ago, Rodrigo has noticed a significant difference in his entire process. We provide our trained team of pickers during the harvest, transport the coffee cherries to our wet mill, and, because of his lack of processing infrastructure, he no longer has to hurriedly find a way to process and dry his cherries.
